Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.


Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect full payment at checkout then fulfill and ship your order at a future date.

You can cancel a paid or partially paid pre-order order any time up until you the product has been fulfilled and you receive a product delivery notification.  Once we send you the product delivery notification and the order has been fulfilled, you can't cancel the order, but you can request a return and full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. 

Returns and refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.  Due to the size of the product, and the built-to-order nature of the product, returns of ShoreGlider units are subject to a $250 restocking fee and return delivery charge.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, free from any undue damage or wear and tear, outside of what is reasonably expected after taking the ShoreGlider in the water once or twice.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ellipticraft.com. We will contact you for further instructions on how and where to return your ShoreGlider.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
