Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. For merchandise orders (clothing, accessories, other in stock items), expect an email within in 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
PRE-ORDER PROCESSING SPECIAL POLICIES: Pre-ordered ShoreGlider units are expected to ship on or before May 1, 2025. If you have place a pre-order, expect an email within 1-3 business days to confirm your order and payment. Once your order is confirmed, we will begin building your ShoreGlider and preparing it for shipment. You can expect regular updates from us via email on the status of your build and shipping timeline. Should there be a delay or any unexpected changes to your ShoreGlider order, we will also communicate those changes via email. Please make sure to add "info@ellipticraft.com" to your safe sender list to ensure you are receiving communications from us!
LOCAL DELIVERY: During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is currently available on ShoreGlider orders for addresses within MD, VA, and DC delivery zones. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive delivery notification email that will include the delivery date and time window.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Calculated shipping rates include a $50 special handling fee due to the size and weight of the ShoreGlider. We currently only offer shipping within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping. We do not offer shipping or delivery to HI, AK or US territories at this time.
PRE ORDERED ShoreGlider are estimated to ship on or before May 1, 2025. Once your ShoreGlider order has shipped, expect delivery within 3-7 business days.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. Due to the size of the product, and the built-to-order nature of the product, returns of ShoreGlider units are subject to a $250 restocking fee and return delivery charge.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, free from any undue damage or wear and tear, outside of what is reasonably expected after taking the ShoreGlider in the water once or twice. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ellipticraft.com. We will contact you for further instructions on how and where to return your ShoreGlider. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
