Refund policy
Pre-order cancellation policy. Customers placing a pre-order are entitled to cancel their pre-order and receive a full refund of their payment up until the point of your product delivery notification. The product delivery notification will be sent to customers when their ShoreGlider unit is complete and ready to be shipped. After receipt of the product delivery notification, customers may no longer cancel their order, but may request a return and refund of their ShoreGlider, subject to the refund policy below.
Refund policy on ShoreGlider units. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. Due to the size of the product, and the built-to-order nature of the product, returns of ShoreGlider units are subject to a $250 restocking fee and return delivery charge.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, free from any undue damage or wear and tear, outside of what is reasonably expected after taking the ShoreGlider in the water once or twice. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ellipticraft.com. We will contact you for further instructions on how and where to return your ShoreGlider. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We want you to love your ShoreGlider! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your cancellation request (for pre-orders) or inspected your return (for returned products), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business day. The refund will be for your full payment, minus any restocking and return shipping fees described above. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
